Constructed of heavy duty 16 gauge 304 stainless steel. NSF Approved. This wet table drop-in liner is 6 inches deep at the knee space and 15 inches deep at the faucet side. The drain is located at the center, near the faucet. Includes a stainless steel prep rack.
